Very caring, responds to your concerns in short time if not immediately
Very detailed in what they do and guided me to the best policy with great prices
On top of that you will talk to humans and no robots and answering machines
It was no brainer for me I switched all my policies to State Farm because Mr Greg Riordan (agent) was very informative, knowledgeable, caring, and responded to every single call , email, and text too. Honestly, it is very hard to top that in my book. I am happy with final outlook of my switch to this agency for sure"
